This large owner built house was designed to meet the current and future needs of a large household. Crafted with care we worked closely with the family to achieve a simple efficient design with a contemporary flare that would result in a smooth cost effective build.

This knock down rebuild was designed to maximise use of the site . The townhouses have beautiful light filled, flowing spaces with areas of retreat that make the houses feel much larger than their footprints would suggest.

Located in a prime industrial area in Coburg ,the challenge of this project was to strike a harmony with the exisiting brick industrial buildings in the vicinity while providing the client with a contemporary office space that met not only the physical requirements of the business but cultural and religious requirements of the client as well.
