Laurie Joesika is an experienced building designer with over 10 years of industry experience, specialising in energy-efficient and sustainable residential design. She combines creative design flair with strong technical expertise in building codes, construction methods, and thermal performance, with a focus on passive design principles that improve comfort and efficiency. Registered since 2013 as both a building designer and thermal performance assessor, Laurie also holds a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and is committed to delivering practical, compliant, and high-performing design solutions.
